Carnival season is upon us. The biggest and most famous of all the world's carnivals is the one held annually in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The carnival is a four-day celebration that starts on Saturday, and ends on Fat Tuesday or Mardi-Gras. This year it runs from February 13 through to February 16
